CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ON-LINE

The Council on Tuesday agreed to table the adoption of the City's Comprehensive (Smart Growth) Plan until late April, in order to allow more community feedback. As I, and others, requested, the plan is now available on-line for you to read:
