A: There will be no new information provided - the company's Best and Final Proposal is unchanged, so it should not be necessary to add any further explanation.

Q: On the blogs many union members feel that this 3rd vote shows that Mercury won’t leave and they should vote no to push for a better deal.
A: There will be no "better deal." Mercury employees are voting on the unchanged Best and Final Proposal. Mercury will base its manufacturing facility decisions on the competitiveness of our manufacturing plants after the vote.
