HOUSING & MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT - SILVER CREEK PROPERTY
The City of Ripon is seeking proposals to redevelop the Silver Creek property (formerly owned by Smuckers) at the northeast corner of Jefferson & Hamburg Streets on the north end of downtown Ripon. Proposals may include residential, commercial, or a mix of both types. Creative ideas are encouraged, but they should complement the historic nature of the area. The proposals must be submitted in a prescribed format, and they must be received at Ripon City Hall (100 Jackson Street) by Friday, September 4th at 4:00 p.m.
